Draw circles in the ladle with your finger and the chopsticks follow. Left alone the sugar melts in 10 seconds; stirred, in about 5. The share of time you stir at the right speed (6 to 30 cm per second) becomes how even the bubbles are. Leave it on the heat after it melts and the bar slides into the red - it starts to burn, and burnt dalgona is hard and cracks spread through it. From 85% you can Add Soda.
Once the soda drops in, the more you stir the more it puffs. Tap Pour while the bar is in the green band (60-82%). Stir past 95% and the bubbles grow big and uneven, leaving weak spots. To pour, hold the button and the ladle tips onto the steel plate; let go in the green (62-82%) for the right amount - too little leaves it thin, too much thick.
The lid comes down on its own with a "kkuk~", and as the bar fills over 2.6 seconds the dalgona spreads wide and thin. Tap Stop Pressing in the band the green arrow points at (45-62%). Too little and it stays small and thick, so one pinch may not snap a piece (the same spot gives way more the next time); too much and it is wide and thin, so cracks spread further than you pull. A creak warns you when the bar enters the red (80%+).
The cutter comes down and stamps with a "pop~". This bar is faster - 1.6 seconds - so stop it in the green (45-65%). Too light and the line is faint, so cracks do not stop at it; too deep and the candy under the line is thin and weak. Past 90% the shape may crack the moment it is stamped (15-85%) and you lose before you even start - ticking and vibration warn you first. While it sets, tap the screen to make it set three times faster.
When peeling, the thumb and index finger pinch the spot you tap and bend it down. The crack starts just behind the fingertip and runs both ways along the easiest path to the edge - the stamped groove splits easily, while the shape inside the line is 1.5 times tougher. Snap small pieces far from the line and they come off clean; bend a big piece right next to the line, or send a crack head-on into the groove, and it jumps into the shape and breaks it. Tap inside the line and the shape itself breaks; save a big, deep piece and you hear a "Yahoo!". Free the whole line to win.
In the bottom row, the toothpick scores the next piece so its risk drops to 0.35x, and the awl pre-cracks 0.6 cm of the groove either way when you stab the line (stab inside the shape and it cracks). A drop of water softens a 1.1 cm patch for 15 seconds, cutting the risk to 0.55x - a second drop on the same spot soaks it and makes it weaker. When the shape breaks, an Undo button appears for 4.5 seconds and takes that one piece back. The magnifier lets you pinch to zoom and drag around.
Your score is a base (100 + 4 x level) plus accuracy (the fewer risky pieces among those that touched the line, the better), speed and a 50-point no-crack bonus, then up to 30% more for making quality, 8% less per tool used (up to 40%) and up to 50% more for a streak. A level cleared for the first time pays 15 + level/2 coins. Quick >> makes a standard dalgona in 2 seconds, but with no making bonus. Lose and you retry the same shape - levels 1-10 are circle, triangle, heart, square, star, bear, drop, flower, house and umbrella.

Each shape is not a picture but the outline of a distance field built by adding and cutting simple forms - always closed, never tangled. Levels 1-10 follow a hand-picked order (circle, triangle, heart, square, star, bear, drop, flower, house, umbrella); from level 11 the game varies these thirty-two and combines them in pairs to make new ones. A new shape only appears if it passes the checks - one piece, radius 1.6-2.75 cm, narrowest neck 0.55 cm, at least 0.45 cm between grooves, no spike longer than 1 cm. As levels rise, how far a crack may run past the line shrinks from 0.5 cm to 0.16 cm and the candy gets more fragile. Lose and you retry the same shape.
You cannot lose while making - instead the result carries into the peel. Thickness, hardness, bubble evenness and stamp depth become the rules of the break, and making quality adds up to 30% to your score. The pictures below are straight from the game.
